Community & Child Safety Standards
Respect, consent, authentic identity, and community safety are required on Cupid.
Age eligibility
Cupid is intended for people age 18 or older. Report any account you believe belongs to a minor. We remove underage accounts and may preserve and report evidence when required by law.
Respect and consent
Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, doxxing, impersonation, scams, and repeated unwanted contact are prohibited. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, online or offline.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation
Cupid prohibits grooming, sexualization of minors, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, and attempts to facilitate contact with a minor. We investigate reports, remove and preserve content as legally required, and report apparent CSAM to appropriate authorities and reporting bodies.
How to report and block
Use Block and report from a profile or conversation to block immediately and separately send the item for safety review. If the report cannot be sent, the app tells you so you can retry. Use Account & Safety for general safety feedback. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Our monitored safety contact is support@joincupid.app.
Enforcement
Responses can include content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent removal, evidence preservation, and escalation to law enforcement. Retaliation against a reporter is prohibited.
