Terms of Use
These terms set the expectations that help keep Cupid intentional, respectful, and safe.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to agree to these Terms, and provide truthful account and age information to use Cupid.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and use only your own identity. You are responsible for content and invitations you send. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your relationship to someone, or create accounts for minors.
Acceptable use
You may not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate, solicit illegal activity, send spam, share another person’s private information, upload content without rights, or use Cupid for commercial or deceptive activity. Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, and attempts to contact minors are strictly prohibited.
Content and moderation
You retain ownership of your content and grant Cupid the limited rights needed to host and display it within the service. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities when necessary to protect people or comply with law.
Ending use
You may stop using Cupid and permanently delete your account in Account & Safety or through the web deletion process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risk. Contact support@joincupid.app for support or legal notices.
