Delete your Cupid account

Fastest: delete in the app

   Sign in to Cupid

   Use the account you want to remove.

   Open Profile

   Select your profile tab from the app.

   Open Account & Safety

   Your account controls and policies are available there.

   Choose Delete my account

   Review the warning, then confirm permanent deletion.

This removes your authentication account, live profile, introductions, conversations, and uploaded profile photos.

Cannot access the app?

Email the monitored support team from the address attached to your Cupid account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We will verify account ownership before deletion.

Retention

Deletion removes the authentication account, live profile, media, messages, introductions, and associated product data. When legally required or necessary to investigate and prevent abuse, a restricted incident record may retain the report reason or safety-feedback message, referenced content identifier, review outcome and timestamps, and an opaque internal account reference. It is not used to keep or reconstruct the profile.
